Subject: Hiring of “Cluster Resource Coordinators for Teaching Support” for the Academic Session 2024-25 (Revised) in various Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools of Kashmir Division.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be postgraduates with a minimum of 50% marks in their respective disciplines.
- Must be domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Applications must be submitted online in the prescribed format.
Terms and Conditions:
- Nature of Hiring: Purely temporary basis for the academic session 2024-25 (Revised).
- Remuneration: ₹25,000/month.
- Paid only after submission of a fresh Character & Antecedents Certificate from ADGP, CID J&K.
- Subject to performance and feedback from Head of Institution.
- No claim for permanent absorption.
- An affidavit is to be furnished before a Judicial Magistrate of First Class stating no claim for regularization or continuation beyond the session.
- Termination: Automatically ends with the academic session or earlier if regular arrangement is made by the Government.
- Selection Criteria: Subject-wise and district-wise merit basis.
- In case of tie:
- Higher PG percentage preferred.
- Then UG marks.
- Finally, age (older preferred).
- In case of tie:
- Application Restriction: Can apply only in the domicile district.
- Resignation Clause: A two-month prior notice required in writing if the candidate chooses to discontinue mid-session.
