District Hospital Samba Invites Applications for Contractual Positions under Addiction Treatment Facility

Samba, May 21, 2025 – The Office of the Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Samba, has released Advertisement No. 01 of 2025, inviting applications for contractual staff for the setup of an Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) under the National Drugs Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC). The initiative is supported by the National Drugs Dependence Treatment Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi.

As per directions from the Vice Chairman of the District Health Society and the Chief Medical Officer, eligible candidates from District Samba are invited to apply for various positions. These positions are purely contractual and are part of a national effort to provide treatment for substance use disorders in collaboration with AIIMS New Delhi.

Available Positions:

  1. Medical Officer

    • Number of Posts: 01
    • Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution
    • Age Limit: Minimum 23 years, Maximum 62 years
    • Emoluments: ₹60,000 per month

  2. Nurse

    • Number of Posts: 01
    • Qualification: ANM/GNM from a recognized institution
    • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 45 years
    • Emoluments: ₹20,000 per month

  3. Counselor

    • Number of Posts: 01
    • Qualification: Graduate in Psychology or Social Work from a recognized institution
    • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 45 years
    • Emoluments: ₹25,000 per month

  4. Data Manager

    • Number of Posts: 01
    • Qualification: Graduate with a diploma in computer application
    • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 45 years
    • Emoluments: ₹13,000 per month

Important Dates:

  • Last Date to Submit Application: May 28, 2025 Onwards 
  • Date of Walk-in Interview: June 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM
