J&K Bank Invites Applications for various posts

Srinagar, July 2025 – Jammu and Kashmir Bank has officially announced recruitment for Concurrent Auditors for the financial year 2025–26. The bank is seeking experienced, retired officers from both PSU banks and J&K Bank itself, offering them an opportunity to lend their expertise in a contractual capacity. The online application window is currently open and will close on July 15, 2025, with hard copies of applications required by July 18, 2025.


🔍 Overview of the Posts

J&K Bank has released two parallel notifications for the position of Concurrent Auditor:

1. For Retired Officers from PSU Banks

Retired officers from Public Sector Banks (PSBs) who have served at Scale III or above are invited to apply. Candidates must possess experience in treasury operations or have worked at Forex Authorized Dealer (AD) branches.

2. For Retired Officers of J&K Bank

In a separate call, J&K Bank is also recruiting its own retired officers who held Scale III or higher positions, subject to the same eligibility and experience requirements.



📌 Eligibility Criteria (Common to Both Categories)

  • Retirement Grade: Must have retired in Scale III or above.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of banking service, with at least 3 years in treasury operations or Forex AD branches.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 69 years as of August 1, 2025.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of FINACLE/CBS and computer applications is mandatory.
  • Residency: Preference may be given to local candidates for branch-level assignments.
