Mindleaders Learning India Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from domicile residents of Jammu & Kashmir for the position of Vocational Trainers in various trades under the NSDC scheme. The positions are on a contractual basis, and selections will be made district-wise.

Available Positions & Qualifications

1. Healthcare (Home Health Aide - Trainee)

Vacancies: 1
Location: District Anantnag
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing and Midwifery (4 years) OR 3½ years Diploma in GNM with 1-year experience
Skills Required: Communication (oral & written), basic computing, and technical skills related to patient care

2. Plumbing (Assistant Plumber General)

Vacancies: 1
Location: District Shopian
Qualification:
- B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering OR
- B.Voc. (Bachelor in Vocational) OR
- Three Years Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1-2 years teaching/work experience
Skills Required: Communication (oral & written), basic computing

3. Tourism & Hospitality (Food & Beverage Service Assistant)

Location: District Anantnag
Qualification Options:
- Bachelor’s in Hotel Management with 3 years of relevant experience
- 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management with 5 years of experience
- Master’s in Hotel/Tourism/Hospitality/Travel & Tour Management or equivalent (UGC recognized)

4. Tourism & Hospitality (Housekeeping Trainee)

Qualification Options:
- Master’s in Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Bachelor’s in Hotel Management/B.Sc. with 2+ years of housekeeping experience
- 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management + 3 years of experience in housekeeping
- Graduate + PG Diploma in Housekeeping with 3 years of experience

Pre-requisites

Candidates must be domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir (Division-wise).
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (as of 1 Jan 2025). Age relaxation as per J&K UT norms.

Selection Process

District-based selection preferred. If no suitable candidate is found in the district, selection may be made from other districts within the division.
