Overview:

SKIMS invites online applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Stipendiary Senior Residents on a tenure basis for one year. Vacancies are available in multiple specialties, as listed below.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualification: MD/DM/DNB/PhD from a recognized institution (as per NMC guidelines).
• Registration: Permanent State Medical Registration.
• Domicile: Candidates must have a domicile certificate of Jammu & Kashmir.

Note:

• Candidates awaiting results can apply but must produce their final result on the interview date.
• Certificates must be issued before the application deadline.
• No incomplete or late applications will be entertained.

Age Limit:

Candidates should not be more than 45 years as of 01/01/2025.

Financial Emoluments:

Selected candidates will receive a stipend as per revised norms. House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided only if accommodation is not available on the SKIMS campus.

How to Apply:

• Candidates must apply online through the SKIMS website.
• The application portal will be open from 28/01/2025 (4:00 PM) to 03/02/2025 (4:00 PM).
• A hard copy of the filled application form, along with required documents, must be brought to the interview.
• In-service candidates need a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Application Fee: ₹1000 (to be paid on the interview date).

Interview/Written Exam:

• The date for the Interview/Written test will be announced on the SKIMS website.
• No individual communication will be sent regarding the interview schedule.
