Antaritta Construction Pvt. Ltd., a leading infrastructure and construction company, is inviting applications for the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at its Jammu office. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who is proactive, emotionally intelligent, and capable of managing both professional and personal coordination for the MD.

🔹 Job Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the right hand to the Managing Director—handling everything from daily planning and interdepartmental coordination to high-level communication. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, and ready to handle both office tasks and personal errands. Think of this as a role for someone who is always one step ahead, similar to the role portrayed by Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for internal and external coordination for the MD
  • Maintain daily task lists, follow-up sheets, and department coordination
  • Attend and document meetings on behalf of the MD, including action items
  • Handle personal tasks: scheduling appointments, making bookings, running errands
  • Conduct research and prepare summary reports and relevant documents
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, including after-hours scheduling as needed
  • Monitor emails, draft responses, and handle key correspondence
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely execution and closure of all delegated tasks

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with extended working hours
  • Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler)
  • Must reside within a 5 km radius of Radisson Blu, Narwal, Jammu
  • Preference for candidates who are genuinely in need of a stable, long-term opportunity
