JKSSB Naib Tehsildar Recruitment Deferred Until Further Notice

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially announced the deferral of the recruitment process for the post of Naib Tehsildar in the Revenue Department, as per Notification No. 05 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025.
The decision follows an interim direction issued by the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu, through an order dated 14.07.2025 in the case titled Rajesh Singh and Others v/s General Administration Department (O.A./975/2025 with M.A./1009/2025).
In compliance with the tribunal’s direction, JKSSB has deferred the process of inviting applications for the Naib Tehsildar post until further intimation or orders are received.
The notification was issued by Farrukh Qazi, JKAS, Secretary of JKSSB, and has been circulated to all concerned departments and media outlets for wide dissemination. It will be published in leading newspapers and telecast on prominent broadcasting channels in Jammu and Kashmir for three consecutive days.
